Terms & Conditions

AI Optimisation Lab Pte. Ltd. (Singapore registered company [registration number]), “we”, “us”.

By purchasing the AI SEO Smart Business Plan, you (“the client”) agree to these terms.

Service.

1. We provide the AI SEO Smart Business Plan as described above, on a monthly recurring basis.

2. Fees & billing. SGD 1,764.60 per month, billed in advance.

3. Payment is due on the billing date via the payment method you provide.

4. Term & cancellation. The service runs month-to-month, includes 13 hours of work each month and continues until cancelled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Refunds. Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Client responsibilities. You agree to provide timely access, information, and approvals reasonably needed to deliver the service.

7. Results. SEO and AI search outcomes depend on factors outside our control (search engine and platform algorithms, competition, your website). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue.

8. Liability. Our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid for the month in which the relevant issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9 Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

11. You agree that AI Optimisation Lab PTE. LTD. may pay at their discretion upto 33.3% fee to referral partners, companies, sole traders, sales portals and websites the client has been referred by.
