Refund & Cancellation Policy

AI Optimisation Lab Pte. Ltd.

The AI SEO Smart Business Plan is a monthly recurring service retainer.
By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Billing. The plan is billed monthly in advance at SGD 1,764.60 per month.
Each payment covers one month of service from the billing date.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by giving written notice (email is sufficient) at least [7] days before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively cancel the current month already in progress.

Refunds. Because work on each monthly cycle begins promptly after payment, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has commenced. If you cancel before any work has begun in a given cycle, we will provide a full refund for that cycle. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months once work has started.

Cooling-off for new subscribers. New clients may request a full refund within [7] days of their first payment, provided no substantive work has been delivered.

Exceptional circumstances. If we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to our fault, we will offer a credit or refund for the affected period at our discretion.
